The Self-Care Project Course
This is a life-changing course, offering insight and step-by-step action steps to start feeling like YOU again, using transformational and creative methods with Mastermind and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Gabrielle Hayward.

You are feeling down or sad more often than not
Or maybe you just want to better yourself and start feeling like you again!
What is this course about?
You will be checking in to see if each of your basic needs are being met and listening to the parts of you who need attention and support.
You will be learning about how you can better use your voice to speak up for yourself and your parts.
You will be learning and practicing how to set boundaries with partners, family, co-workers, bosses and friends.
You will be reconnecting with your passions, and maybe even finding some new ones. You will be learning about the importance of doing, rather than waiting for the motivation.
You will be learning and applying how you can be proactive, to help yourself in your relationships with your family, partners, co-workers and bosses.
You will be guided on how to help yourself in the moment when something comes up for you; whether that be anger, sadness, anxiety, maybe you feel fidgety, or tension in your body.
Inclusions:
6 Modules- each module including between 5 and 7 hands-on lessons to be watched on your own time! Including meditations, writing and drawing prompts, case-studies, interviews, challenges and more!
An online community, for you to share and support each other through your course
