Using therapeutic techniques, these non-clinical workshops are focused on creating calm, directed environments where participants can focus on creating as a way to better center themselves while also learning or refining new techniques.

Workshops can be customized to work with companies, private parties, and for the general public.

+ Burnout Recovery Workshop

This workshop is for caregivers and helping professionals that feel the exhaustion of burnout. You might be feeling tired, depressed, down, or feeling like you want to quit! This workshop will help you bring some calm and clarity back into focus, so that you can make decisions on how to better help yourself during these difficult times. We will learn about the “parts” of ourselves who carry the weight of this exhaustion, using a method called Internal Family Systems.

+ Mandala Stone Painting Workshop

This type of technique derives from Tibettan Buddhist and Hindu culture, creating beautiful mandalas while practicing patience, impermanence and oneness with the universe. This workshop offers an opportunity for creativity, self-care, and connecting the community. Light snacks, soothing music, and a relaxing environment are provided.

+ Painting Workshop

Step by Step Workshop: Structures painting lessons given by an instructor, using a step-by-step process. By the end of the workshop, clients will all have similar paintings. This workshop is great for those less confident in their painting skills, or those looking for an enjoyable evening.

+ Hand-made Clay Bead Workshops

In this workshop, clients will learn how to create their own beautiful beads out of polymer clay. By the end of the workshop, clients with leave with a unique bracelet or necklace.

+ Calligraphy & Brush Lettering Workshops

In this workshop, clients will learn the art of illustrating and writing beautiful letters. By the end of the workshop, clients will leave with either a sign, a letter to someone special, or a journal to continue practicing the art of lettering.

+ Print-Making Workshops

In this workshop, you will learn different printmaking techniques such as relief and screen printing. By the end of this workshop, you will have multiple prints, and about two different blocks bring home and re-use.
